6:43am Wake Up Text

This past Saturday I received a text message at 6:43am. For those of you with significant others that like to hunt, you know what a text message that early in the morning usually means. Yep, Todd got a turkey! I can type that with enthusiasm now but I promise you I wasn't so enthusiastic at 6:43am. I took my time and finally responded. To which I received the following reply, "Get camera ready and wake up my bubba's!" By the time I heard Todd pull in, the boys were starting to stir. It was a cool morning, so I put some slippers on their feet and went to the back porch. I'm not sure any of them knew exactly what to think... 1) because Daddy was covered head to toe in some crazy camo getup 2) what was the big feathery thing Daddy was holding 3) why is Mommy taking pictures of Daddy holding me next to the big feathery thing (Oh wait, she always has a camera!). I like to think these thoughts are going through their heads, but I'm sure its more like, "Where's Mickey Mouse?" Regardless, here are some of the pictures I snapped. I love seeing all of their different reactions.
