A first for everything

It seems like every day the babies are doing something new or trying something new. Lately, Ella has been attempting to jump. She bends her knees, puts a big smile on her face and "jumps" with all her might (so she doesn't get off the ground... eh, minor details!). Gianni has been big into spinning himself around and around. Whether it's because his new found liking of "Ring around the Rosie" or something unknown, he gets the biggest kick out of himself. I can't help but burst with laughter at his little, dizzy body staggering from side to side. Tanner's thing has been stomping his feet super fast and moving backwards. I have no idea why he does it but it is so funny to watch!

Anyhow, the other day was no different in regards to new experiences. My mom and I decided to brave the playground. We drove around Bridgeport looking for one that would be suitable for the babies first park experience. We ended up at Compton Park. The place was empty, it was blocked off so the babies couldn't run anywhere near the road, and the playground was dry (for the most part). Perfect! They couldn't get out of the car fast enough! It was so much fun watching them so excited to explore their new surroundings! Well, exciting until they started putting everything in their mouths. Ugh. Even though we were digging mulch and dirt out of someones mouth at all times, it was worth the visit! Our friend Katie even stopped by to play! What fun!
