Partner in crime

Throughout the day, there is always a little person right at my heels. I'm sure you're thinking... "you have three babies, of course someone is always at your heels." I'm not saying that's not true, however that little someone is usually little Miss Ella. So today would be no different. While attempting to get some funny pictures of the boys, Ella was right there by my side the entire time. Inspecting my camera and looking at every picture in the viewfinder. Although I'm certain at some point she will disagree with me, challenge me, protest her views on life, all the things girls tend to do... I know in my heart, she will find her way back and be as close with me as I am with my mom. And although I dread those moments, I know I have to experience them with her. Otherwise the statement, "you'll understand when you have kids someday" won't be nearly as effective :)

Anyhow, before giving up completely on my funny picture initiative, I pulled Ella in real close with one hand and held my camera out in the other hand.


This picture is definitely one for the memory bank. Mommy + Ella = Daddy's Best Girls!
