Happy 2nd Birthday!

I was so excited for the babies birthday I could barely sleep! We planned to take the babies to the Children's Museum in Pittsburgh. Poppy, Nunny, Pap Pap and Grammy Sue all joined us. We started off the morning with breakfast and presents before we ventured out for the day. The babies woke up with smiles and I'm pretty sure they didn't leave their faces all day!





I expected some hesitation in a new environment but I was completely wrong! The babies jumped right into every new thing they could get their hands on. I can't even begin to tell you how much I enjoyed watching them. Their smiles were completely contagious! Although we had a big party for them planned on Saturday, we still wanted to do a little something special on their actual birthday. So we brought cupcakes to surprise them with at lunch time. Seeing their faces when we pulled out a little cupcake and a candle was priceless.























I don't think the day could have been any better. As sad as I am to see my beautiful babies becoming their own little people, I enjoy every minute of watching them grow. What a way to celebrate turning 2!
