What better way to celebrate the start of fall then with a trip to the pumpkin farm! With three very active toddlers, I couldn't wait to turn them loose on the mounds of pumpkins. Gianni, my climber, truly embraced the experience... crawling up and down pumpkins of all sizes without hesitation. Tanner, no surprise, was more excited to see the farm animals near the pumpkin patch. He grabbed the first ear of corn he could find and went straight for the goats. The pesky goats were more interested in his sleeve than the corn but Tanner didn't mind. Ella enjoyed a little bit of everything... Trying to pick up pumpkins, the hayride and the animals. They were also really excited to have Aunt Lolo and Uncle Vince join us (of course, Nunny and Poppy were there too!). A full morning of playing was topped off with funnel cakes, pickles and plenty of other yummy food for lunch. What a great day!

Sadly, Gianni and I missed the second trip to the pumpkin farm. Poor Gianni caught a nasty bug so we thought it would be best to sit this one out. So Daddy, Grammy Sue and Pap Pap loaded Ella and Tanner in the van and off they went! It was such a beautiful day. Grammy Sue snapped a few pictures for me. I hate to miss out on anything my kids do! From the sounds of it, Ella and Tanner had the best time! They even got to sit on a tractor for the first time. Tanner loved it so much, he didn't want to get off. It is my understanding, that he made sure to let everyone know just how upset he was that he had to let the next kids in line have a turn. :)
Welcome Fall... We are so glad you finally arrived!
So fun to see the munchkins in the pumpkins! Miss you all! Big kisses!
