Jones Reunion 2011
The actual reunion was held on Saturday. We always enjoy getting to spend time with our Virginia family, especially the Berry clan. We even had a surprise visit by Great Aunt Vivian. She had been sick in the hospital but made sure she was whipped back into shape for the reunion. I always say she's the life of the party, so everyone was excited to see her smiling face! The only other sibling that was able to make it was Great Uncle Jim. If you look up "ornery" in the dictionary, his picture is right next to it. It's become my tradition to always get a picture with Uncle Jim. And, I won't lie, I tend to sneak a kiss on the cheek too!

This is the Daddy again. I was able to take an extra day off of work and we extended our visit by one day more than usual. I love my VA family very dearly and we don't make it down there as often as we would like. As Ash said, the reunion is always short but always fun time to see everyone. We spent our extra time with my cousins and their kids and Jimmy and Patsy. The babies on the farm was priceless. Ella hasn't stopped making animal sounds since we got home! Gianni was completely obsessed by the little fish fountain. Tanner apparently liked letting the goats nibble on his fingers because he showed no fear in feeding and petting them.
